They do incredible work, very professional work, high quality work. From the graphics and design to the printing. “Tessa was fantastic. I called at 4:59pm about four separate print jobs, emailed specs and proofs overnight (8.5x11, no cuts, no bleed, no folds, but around 2000 sheets between the four jobs), Tessa called me right at 9am letting me know she could do the next morning pickup, we finalized the jobs around 11am, and *surprise* the four jobs were complete by 2:15pm - and I got a call letting me know. Thanks for helping out of towners so quickly and efficiently at reasonable prices. Easy to verify and confirm and pay. Fantastic service.”

4808 East Broadway Avenue, Tampa FL 33605
“This is probably the best customer service I've ever had. Ever. Not just in the money order business, but ever. I walked in and had someone greet me instantly with a big smile and a directive even though there were at least 6 people at the windows. There was one woman working so she had us go each to a window so she could do all the transactions at once. While we waited on her for a few seconds, she gave us tootsie rolls under the window and apologized for the wait. Jenelle, you are awesome.”

“I was in a bind as my cell phone battery was about to die so my screen went dark and couldn't be scanned. Selene helped me out and let me borrow a charger to get enough juice to scan. I also had to change location on my return ticket (somehow it was for Kohls) and Selene let me continue to charge while I got that squared away. She was patient and friendly and that is just what I needed to get through my day! Thanks so much.”

I had multiple items that needed to be packaged and shipped separately, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure each package was prepared properly, and helped me with all of the receipts and tracking information I needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. This is exactly the kind of customer service that deserves recognition. “I was hesitant to come do a return to this location since in a previous visit there was a strong mariguana smell from the outside door and all inside the store. Also a rude young girl with blue braids. But since the store was on my way I stepped in. Well the smell is gone. The place was organized. And a polite man took my box. So I am very pleased with the changes.”
