The employees! Everyone there was extremely nice, and in very good spirits. That goes a long way, after a hard day at work and all you want to do is get things done (shipped). She was very friendly and was able to assist me quickly. The wait time was only a few min and everything was explained as far as pricing and the date my package would arrive at it's destination. Very pleased with my experience.

Just left this place with my husband. Lana and AL helped us fully. This is the best location in Tampa to go to if you need to send anything out of state. My husband and I are from Pennsylvania, and these 2 helped us above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
