The young gentleman was able to get our vehicle up on the tow truck with ease and was very experienced, given our vehicle could not go into neutral and was parked in a position that took some extra leg work to get it hitched onto the tow truck. “I had 2 small accidents with my new 2022 Colorado, one was my fault one was another person. Rear quarter panel drivers door and rear drivers door all needed body work and paint. I paid cash for my repair and insurance of other person paid for the two doors. Robert the owner is on site to supervise all work. It took a little longer because Robert was not happy with the initial body work. He redid it and it is like new. So happy that I used this shop.Services: Painting”

“I've used their service twice and was treated to 5 star service both times. It's been about ten years since my first experience with them. That was when I had the pinion bearing go bad in my Chevy Silverado. I'm a mechanical person and I already knew the pinion bearing was bad, I was just looking for a quote to replace it. The owner test drove it and agreed, bad pinion bearing. But, couldn't give me a quote until he saw how the ring and pinion gears looked, as a bad pinion bearing will grind those gears out of spec. I got a call about 3 hours after dropping it off, "Good news, your ring and pinion gears are fine, you'll only need bearings replaced." Perfect opportunity to screw me and tell me the gears were trashed too. 10 stars for honesty.Second experience was about 5 years ago when my daughters Ford Taurus transmission failed in the middle of traffic. Yikes! Had it towed there and found hydraulic pump had failed probably due to a major overheat condition that required replacement of the engine earlier.Just a note for those that may not know, your engine coolant also cools your transmission. An overheat that destroys your engine will most likely destroy your transmission too. It just takes a bit of time for the fried clutches to start breaking up and fouling the hydraulic pump.Bottom line, I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises again. Fingers crossed I don't, but I'd recommend them to a friend every time.”

“Jose Is amazing!!!!My part is discontinued by GM. I was searching Canada, Great Britain, and USA. I found a connection to this business in FL and I'm in ID, almost to Canada. The prior phone call to another place quoted $3,000 plus shipping knowing the scarcity. Talking to Jose he had one and 2 more in wrecking yards in USA. We talked almost daily confirming, he sent me pics of the part, i sent pics of cashiers check. Not once did he talk down to me for being a woman. He is very respectful.This is customer service that doesn't exist anymore in todays fast paced world.I am referring them to everyone since i do turn a wrench often and know a lot of mechanics.Highly recommended. Start here First, ALWAYS!!!!”
