I called this gentleman past 10pm to move a vehicle to the other side of Florida and he was able to find a driver within the same evening. About 12 hours later a very professional and overall nice-in-general driver arrived and quickly hauled the vehicle away. The prices are great and appropriate. “I've used their service twice and was treated to 5 star service both times. It's been about ten years since my first experience with them. That was when I had the pinion bearing go bad in my Chevy Silverado. I'm a mechanical person and I already knew the pinion bearing was bad, I was just looking for a quote to replace it. The owner test drove it and agreed, bad pinion bearing. But, couldn't give me a quote until he saw how the ring and pinion gears looked, as a bad pinion bearing will grind those gears out of spec. I got a call about 3 hours after dropping it off, "Good news, your ring and pinion gears are fine, you'll only need bearings replaced." Perfect opportunity to screw me and tell me the gears were trashed too. 10 stars for honesty.Second experience was about 5 years ago when my daughters Ford Taurus transmission failed in the middle of traffic. Yikes! Had it towed there and found hydraulic pump had failed probably due to a major overheat condition that required replacement of the engine earlier.Just a note for those that may not know, your engine coolant also cools your transmission. An overheat that destroys your engine will most likely destroy your transmission too. It just takes a bit of time for the fried clutches to start breaking up and fouling the hydraulic pump.Bottom line, I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises again. Fingers crossed I don't, but I'd recommend them to a friend every time.”

“Had a very questionable experience with another U Haul location in St. Pete and eventually made my way to this location on very short notice.Having driven through a typical late afternoon Florida monsoon of a storm for almost an hour and a half I was somewhat hesitant about going in.End of the month and the place was packed with customers who were probably at the end of their own wits yet it felt so much different than any previous visit to U Haul ( especially the St. Pete location that I just visited).Was greeted by a gentleman who asked me what I was there for and he immediately sent me to the proper line and I was greeted by an amazing and enthusiastic young woman who welcomed me and explained that she was there to help and that she would be doing the installation of my hitch.She took my keys after we signed the paperwork and told me that she would get right on it. I went outside after a few minutes and walked around the lot and sure enough she already had the vehicle up on the lift and was well into the project.While I waited I was greeted by a gentleman who apparently was a manager who was not only polite but very friendly and knowledgeable and understanding of my frustrations with the previous location.Less than an hour and I was on my way and had a professional installation completed.KUDOS to the entire staff and management of this location. If you want true customer service and satisfaction then make sure you get this location for all your moving needs and more.”
