The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They maintained great communication and continued to be responsive through email and phone calls until we took care of the various tasks. I worked with William and David and know the management also assisted. All of them were fantastic. It was a nice reminder that that customer service still exists.”

“This office and THIRD FEDERAL IN GENERAL is absolutely phenomenal. I was having terrible experiences with multiple lenders and third federal was my saving grace. Hind Benabdallah the branch manager and new trainee loan officer Reyne mason were outstanding. Always on the ball, absolutely wonderful communication, I cannot say enough amazing things about this branch and third federal as a whole. Not only did they make the lending process so simple they were so kind working through everything and they genuinely do work for you! “Chris, the manager and his staff do a great job taking care of our commercial bank account. Lately they have less staff so things are taking a little longer, But they are knowledgeable and helpful and they have a drive-through. Almost always, you can speak with a banker immediately just walking in without an appointment other banks you have to have an appointment they can never speak To you right away. We also use truest for our credit card processing merchant services and pay an average of 2.2% per month overall I recommend this bank”
