I have been very happy with everything. Their explanation of the bike and how it works is excellent. Also as in any new purchase that has an owners manual questions arise. As I live quite a distance from the shop I have been communicating electronically. They have responded to all queries . I’d do it again as it had made riding a bike possible with my mobility issues.

“I was thinking of buying a Tri bike from someone and needed to know if it was going to fit me. They happily scheduled an appointment for me and told me to bring the bike in with me. When I got there they took a look at the bike to make sure it was in decent shape. They put the bike on the trainer and had me get on and spin to make sure the size frame was the right size for me. They spent quite a bit of time talking with me regarding how to make the bike a bit more comfortable as I have lower back problems. They are tuning it up and then I will go in for the actual fitting.
I was very happy with the kindness and service and will definitely be back there for service.

“Got a flat tire going over the bridge to reddington shores. Called the shop to see if they had a trek electra compatable tire in stock. They did. They offered to pick me up but I was only 1.4 miles away.
Started walking my bike then I remembered I had foot surgery in Nov and am just out of my boot. They picked me up at McGough Park and hit me on my way in less than 30 min!!
And I got a few add ons including a back rack and extender.”

“D & S Bicycle Shop can be accessed through the front of the store, BUT when you're riding on the Pinellas Trail, the repair shop area can be accessed right off the trail. AND that's a God-send!
Yesterday, my husband and I biked from St. Pete to Walsingham Park only to get a flat tire in the park. It was a long walk from the park to the bike shop, but the older gentleman was extremely knowledgeable. He said the flat was due to several sand spurs poking into the inner tube.😫 I received a new tube and was able to ride home without issue. STAY AWAY FROM SAND SPURS!”
