“I walked into Sand & Soul tonight which is one of my favorite stores. Kai came right up to me, she was so friendly, I am a local and I purchase from here frequently and appreciate her bringing different clothing apparel, quite honestly she brought me things that I would not have chosen for myself. I ended up leaving with one of the items. As a business owner in the sales field, I was impressed with Kai’s skills for such a young person, she is definitely an asset to the store.”

“I stopped in to get a gift for my young nephew. I know nothing about hats but the manager Alex hooked me up! We found the perfect hat and he said he could customize it for me. I had no idea Lids did that! Within 15 minutes I had a cool custom hat for my nephew ( who absolutely loved it) thank you Alex . I look forward to creating more custom gifts in the future !”
