“There’s a lady who works here that is so sweet, funny, and nice I love her!! She calls everyone sweetheart and is just such a kind and uplifting soul. She brightens my day every time I see her, I don’t know her name but she is the best. All the other employees here are great too. On another note, the store recently changed the layout and added more $3, $5 etc. items and price scanners. I know corporate probably made them do it but the new layout sucks and makes no sense logistically. Makes it hard to shop, they should have kept all the makeup, hygiene etc. all in one place not spread out around different aisles. And the price increases are a no for me, might as well just go to Walmart now.”
“This isn’t your normal dollar store. A lot of the store is more than a dollar but this is a great store with some really good deals. They also have a lot of random stuff so definitely worth stopping in.”

“Came through this Dollar Tree like I’ve done plenty of times before, but today Joshua at checkout was the MVP. Cool dude, solid attitude, and somehow made checking out at Dollar Tree feel like less of a errand and more of an actual human moment. We had a quick conversation — nothing wild — but the guy’s just naturally friendly without forcing it. The rest of the staff is fine, but Joshua’s got that “I actually like my job” vibe you don’t see every day. Five stars.”
“This is probably the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I’ve ever been to. The aisles are clear of carts and clutter. The shelves are stocked and nicely faced. Very easy to find items.”

“Every time I stop by this Dollar General, I leave impressed—not just by how clean and organized the store is, but by the store manager herself. She knows where everything is, helps customers without hesitation, and you can tell she truly cares about the store and her team. I’ve seen her restocking, answering questions, handling the register—sometimes all at once—and still doing it with a great attitude.
She’s the kind of manager that makes people want to come back. Honestly, Dollar General would be smart to promote her—she’s clearly running things like a pro.”
“I went there and I had a woman named Kamy I think her name was! She really was a lot of help to me just to find an item I was looking for. Then as I checked out I was taking an uber and ran to the car and dropped my bank card. She was so kind due to the fact she tried to catch my outside I saw her looking for me and when I called she verified she definitely will keep it safe and I just want to say thank you for being so kind and professional!! Although this location would be more convenient for me, I did stop going here. The store was always in disarray, filthy and service was non existent (especially at night).
I went in there today and immediately upon entering the store there was a different feel. As I walked through the isles I noticed things were changed around, items were hung, it was neat and wasn’t as filthy. I needed help and the young lady (with cornrows) was nice and helpful. I asked her if they’re re-doing the store. She said they started a few weeks ago. I told her it’s coming along nicely.
NOW, let’s see if they can keep it this way. I know there’s a shortage in quality people that have quality work ethics. Try to stop hiring people out desperation, STARTING WITH MANAGEMENT. (Not sure if it’s the same manager now, but she needs/needed ALOT more training. Everyone isn’t built to lead). I can give horror stories on why I stopped (in the past) frequenting this location.”
“Store is amazing clean, organized and employees are nice and friendly I’ve met an employee by the name Leah and she made me feel more than welcome. You don’t get that kind of kindness from most stores (family dollar ) most definitely my favorite store.”

“This is my neighborhood store and I'm here at least 3 times a week sometimes. The staff has gotten to know me and my family and even recognize my son and his likes at local restaurants, because they're your neighbors too. They're also probably overworked and underpaid. If you're just stopping in and they're a little frazzled, please don't base your impression off one visit. I guarantee regular customers would say something different because they truly care.”
