“I received the re-foaming kit for my 6" Paradigm Woofers a couple of days earlier than estimated. I had some questions about parts. Customer Service told me everything I needed to know, shared a video of the correct way to handle the project. I re-foamed the speakers last night, returned them to the cabinets this morning and am rockin' the house right now. THANK YOU! Excellent service on such a small order. Two thumbs up!”

“Dropped PS5 off in the morning for HDMI port repair also USB port, had it done by the end of the day with very very good price. And showed me when I picked it up the ports worked properly. Very happy overall with everything. Though I went to put a disc in my drive and it's not working. I'm not really sure if it was already broken before I brought it in, so I'm not really worried about that as most my games are digital. ?”
“Rick and his team are 1st class. They provide options, recommended components and install the equipment. Rick and his team have literally transformed our experience for home entertainment. Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”

Service and they drove to my house, got the T.V., put in a new power supply and backlight and had it back on my wall in record time for a great price! “Dropped my projector off for one issue, was told they didn't do anything and it works fine. Was told on the way out, "hopefully your screen isn't smaller since I adjusted that knob that you mentioned was broken."The knob was also supposed to be fixed but wasn't. I did it myself after a YouTube video once I got home so I'm not sure why they couldn't fix this.Get home and my screen size is now stuck permanently it would seem to 54" smaller than when I brought it in. Now it says they are closed but there isn't a voice-mail to leave a message. Hopefully I'll be contacted back by this.*edited because they called and refunded me my fee”

“I spoke to Jerry Chase Who advised me that it would cost $45 to bring in my television to see if it could be repaired since it had no sound. He called me back and ask me the model of my Panasonic and it was determined that it was a plasma set and would be costly to repair and take time to get the parts. He saved me the cost of $45 And I greatly appreciate his honesty and would recommend him to others.”
