“SPENGA was great. I've never done it before and I'm not going to lie I didn't finish my first class. That being said, I would go back and the staff was amazing. Ryan was our instructor and he was very informative and allows you to go at your own pace but also pushes you to strive harder. Great first experience!”

“Andy is the best!! He has helped me so much with my posture, lower back, and shoulder pain. I have been a caregiver for 40 years and not been kind to my body. I was getting nerve blocks in my neck 4 times a year and have had none since coming to see him. I am able to move my shoulder freely, lift some weight again and clean my house in one day instead of taking three days. I can't say enough good things. Come see for yourself, you will be amazed at how pain free you can be. Thanks Andy and Amber too!”

“I’ve had a great experience at LA Fitness! I want to especially recognize my personal trainer, Aylar. She is amazing, knowledgeable, motivating, patient, and always focused on helping me reach my fitness goals. She takes the time to understand what I want to accomplish and makes my training experience both challenging and enjoyable. I also want to thank Jeffrey, the Training Director, who truly goes above and beyond. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and make sure your personal training program is aligned with your goals. I really appreciate his support and dedication. The entire staff deserves recognition as well—from the manager and assistant manager to the cleaning crew. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the gym is always well maintained. Thank you, Aylar, Jeffrey, and the entire LA Fitness team for creating such a positive environment. It makes a big difference when you come to a gym where you feel supported and motivated to keep going!”

“I moved across states and no longer had Crunch available where I lived. I really didn't want to cancel as Crunch and the Seminole branch have been amazing. In fact, I kept the membership the 2 months I was on the road just so I could use their gym when I came across them. Cancelling was a breeze and I'm very grateful it wasn't a long drawn out issue. When I get near a Crunch fitness again I will think about setting my membership up with the Seminole location regardless of it being my home gym or not. Thanks again. Best Crunch Franchise out there!”
