“The workers are nice but the lumber section needs to get it together stuff is never down when u get there there's not enough workers and they keep messing up the supplies with the fork lift the woods there sucks they need a new supplier and the supplies is t always there I mean who is doing the ordering by the rest of the place is good”

“It's a Home Improvement Center what else do you need to say! They're a lot like Home Depot! Sometimes they carry some things that Home Depot doesn't have and vice versa! They're worth checking out. Sometimes you can compare prices and one will match the other they used to give you a 10% difference don't know if they still do that so you may want to call and ask!”

“Helpful staff just about everything you need from appliances to screws tools plants plumbing a lot of times you can get helpful advice from the staff they have a lot of people that are very knowledgeable for your home repair projects also they offer crafts for the kids can honestly say appreciate all the help from the staff and good advice and they even have truck rentals $20 for the first 70 min which is plenty of time to get from the store home or to the job site tool rental as well got to say definitely impressed”

“I went in to order a gallon of paint from the paint sample I got earlier today. The lady who mixed my paint just before the store closed set the gallon on the desk and left. The color was totally different and the formula was different. The lady Victoria was there when I went to pick it up and I informed her that it wasn't correct. She told me to come in tomorrow to get it corrected as they were already closed. I told her I couldn't come in so she called the manager Nicole who called Mitch. He was extremely helpful spending 30 min or so trying to do a perfect color match to my paint after the store had closed. He was super pleasant and Victoria stayed late to help as well. This was awesome customer service. Mitch should show the newer generation what customer service truly means. He literally said we are just happy to have you as a customer and The Home Depot prides itself on good service. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Hats off to him. He is a rare find.”
