“Don and his team were absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. The customer service was top notch and the products are great quality. I came in for a vanity, I’ll be leaving with a whole house full of stuff. They have just about everything I need for my new house. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or the purchases.”
“Was in a pinch when my flooring went on back order. Adam with ProSource was super responsive, helpful, and helped me secure a new flooring in a matter of days. Very appreciative!”
“I've been going here for quite some time. Even when we lived further up the beaches, we would go here. Small store that has just about everything. Knowledgeable people who can help with good recommendations for small repairs by using the right parts and/or tools for the job. Even some eclectic offerings that you can't find in the big box hardware stores. Parking right next to the store, and with the big chair outside, you can't miss it.”
“Always great service. Didn't even know they accidentally shorted me a couple of boxes of flooring. Called me a week later and got me them. I would have never know. Integrity matters.”

“Lowe's has a lot of the stuff you need and fairly decent help. It's highly organized. Their garden section is fabulous. They have some great deals on plants always look outside in the clearance section because if you have a green thumb you can bring them back to life. Love their potting soil don't have a big selection of organics.... no organic plants very limited selection of organic fertilizers pretty much standard things available here but beautiful every day plants”
“Great organized store , but mostly after six o'clock at nite you can't find help at certain departments cause employees leave early .
I bought a set of a washer and a dryer the following day and I am satisfied ?”
“Trish was so amazingly helpful today with choosing and ordering roller shades.
Her knowledge helped us be able to make a decision and order today. We had 2 companies come to our house, including Home depot and we were very overwhelmed with all the choices, and information.
Its a subtle skill, and underrated, to give the customer all the information we needed with no pressure, just support.
Thank you!”
“This awesome associate Liz helped me from the time I walked in to exiting. Even helped carry a large item to my vehicle.
I wasn’t sure of the measurement of what I needed for my vehicle. She gave me a measuring tape to go and measure the space in my vehicle before purchasing the item that I was contemplating on getting, wow that was mind blowing.
I can’t forget Ron in tool world who was ever so kind to me as I was having a key made for my husband. I just had a wonderful experience today and had to write this review because it was to be shouted from the house top🤎🤎🤎”

“This Home Depot was not too busy, bathrooms clean and it was well organized. Lady at appliances was very helpful and took her time to search and advise about a needed product.”
“I needed to find a shower cartridge for my price feaster, shower faucet. A store associate showed me the way to that section. And I found the part right away. They had a great assortment.”
“I had problems with the home depot on gulf to bay with renting a truck. I was about to give up but gave this location a call and David answered. He was very helpful and kind unlike the gulf to bay location . I was extremely frustrated and David made it all seem so simple which I thought it would be and it was.. the other store just could careless. Thank you so much again David for your customer service !”
“I’ve been to many Home Depot’s. The 289# store is by far the most customer friendly Home Depot! I was in town to do a bathroom
Remodel and every department I visited I got the answers I needed. Plenty of customer service representatives in every department. Special thanks to Tiny in Pro Customer Service, she resolved a store delivery issue, along with Angela promptly and professionally”
“Lowe's always has a great selection and friendly, helpful people. I've been doing a lot of home renovations recently and they always have what I need to get the job done.
When I need some assistance finding something there's always a helpful associate willing to assist.
Thanks!”
“I had the smoothest and fastest return a couple days ago. I usually go to Pro Sales rather than customer service because of some past issues with that department, and Anna was the best. Very nice, fast, and such a great attitude and customer service. Absolutely loves living in America, being from Ukraine its understandable. Anna will go far, what a great experience!”
“I REALLY like this store, and every visit I have ever made is 5 stars. Tonight I stopped again and Robert in lumber was extremely kind and helpful, he went over and above in customer service! He deserved special recognition in my opinion. I have to add that all of the staff are helpful and pleasant and the store is well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this store and it is the only place I stop for supplies for my projects.”

“Stopped by this Home Depot today to pick up a few materials for a job nearby. We found everything we needed, and the staff was helpful. Good location and an easy store to shop at.”
