“Excellent communication. Pulled the permit for me. Took down 6 pine trees which were dying from an infestation of beetles. Tree Dragon trims my trees every year. They noticed the change in my trees and brought to my attention. I verified with the UF IAF Extension. Tree Dragon was correct. These tall pine trees would have fallen on my house or a neighbor's car. I'm lucky Tree Dragon was so insightful.”

“This location has the most helpful employees. My grandmother often sends me here for things that are heavy or awkward and employees always come right to my aid and offer assistance without being asked. Today, I needed an item that I was struggling to find. After asking someone for help, they also struggled to find what I was after. He asked where I was headed next and then offered to continue looking and come find me in the paint department if he found it. Sure enough, just as my paint was ready to go, he approached me with the item I needed. My grandmother says she prefers to come here rather than the Lowe's, which is closer to her, purely because they are so nice and helpful to her when she has to shop there on her own. I really appreciate knowing she has stores she can shop that treat her well when I'm not here to help her.”

“Love my Home Depot in Seminole, FL! Came out to a flat tire as an associate was bringing a cart back after helping a customer. He asked if I needed help and immediately started towards my trunk. Well, as we talked it was the Store Manager, Joe. We could not break the lug nuts so he had Jacob go to plumbing and grab a steel pipe we could use for leverage. Tracy, the store supervisor was near by helping others while Joe assisted me. It was an awesome team effort!
They would not let me buy them lunch, but I do want anyone going to this store to know that this is how they treat you! Always helpful and going the extra mile! Thank you Joe, Tracy and Jacob! ( I have pics, but could not post here!)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????”
