“I walked in the door and was seen in seconds of my appointment time. Tech (Joyce) was very thorough and friendly!!
Cleaniness of their bathroom needs to be addressed: Someone else’s sample remained in the bathroom and no paper towels. Therefore I’m forced to make my review much lower, a 4 vs 5 stars.”

“I’ve used Quest at multiple locations and it’s always clean and super efficient! I never wait long with an appointment and that’s a HUGE plus! Making an appointment and check in is always easy. Oh, and the staff always knows how to prick an arm, can’t always say that about One Blood.”

“The manager here has more respect for herself and other patients than anyone I’ve ever seen. A woman began cursing loudly and causing a problem and the manager didn’t hesitate to stand up for herself. She informed the patient that if she could not stop cursing and yelling she would have to leave the premises and seek services elsewhere.
We all have to deal with the headaches of these processes. If you choose to walk in without an appointment you have no right to make it everyone else’s problem. Thanks labcorp staff”

I am absolutely terrified of needles (faint often) and she completed a blood draw last week, where I didn't even feel the pinprick of the needle. She also distracted me by singing Bob Marley during the draw. Can't thank her enough for calming my anxiety and getting the job done effortlessly! Thank you!”
