“I had to fedex out a return and had a label but didn't have a printer to print it back, after I had used the copier to print out the label to get taped to the box and handed the box to the employee I was kindly shown that for futures I don't need to go through all that, I just needed to scan the barcode and the machine will print out the label and check it into the system for free. It only cost me like 10 cents to print it so it wasn't a big deal but it was nice to know that for future I can get it all done for no charge!”
