“Dustin saved the day without having to call my insurance company and wait for them to possibly send a less experienced operator to get my 30-foot RV out of a precarious position at 6:00 pm on a hot, Florida night. My RV was wedged up against a building in an unfortunately tight storage space and Dustin managed to tow it safely into the space with minimal (expected) damage. Literally amazing! Hopefully I will not need this exact service again but with an RV there is always an issue and I have needed a local tow before for two flat tires and only one spare. This is now my go-to towing company for my cars and the RV. Great job and fast service too!”

“Post Helene, we needed to tow our inoperable SUV (due to surge damage) to the dealer for an assessment. Our covered parking spot was a tight space in which to maneuver, and we needed a quick response time. Ty was excellent to work with, ensuring that the tow truck he brought out would be compact and he expertly maneuvered in tight spaces. He was extremely careful with the SUV. He was transparent in the challenges and costs, and very reasonably priced under the circumstances. He was professional and his invoices and receipts satisfied our auto insurer for reimbursement. We would not hesitate to recommend this towing service.”

“After waiting for AAA to tow me off the side of the interstate for 12 hours, leaving the location with my car unlocked for them mind you, and being dealing with being lied to by their customer service, I was fed up and called local towing companies. Exotic answered immediately and was very communicative about location, price, etc upfront. Very pleased and have gotten my car back within less than 45 min of placing the call (my car was about 25 minutes from my desired location). I was please to find out they were incredibly friendly, understanding, and efficient from the very first call. Within two minutes, I got a call from the driver, Alex, letting me know he had been dispatched and that he’d arrive in 20 minutes. I have been stuck on the side of 275 for most of the night it was 64° and I couldn't nor my insurance company could find anybody who is willing but stepps we're willing and even though it was a complicated tow and very complicated circumstances surrounding my situation they made it nice and easy, and they actually went out of their way to save me some money and put my stress to ease! Not that I'm anyone special but I would like to say I don't do many reviews on places but they are definitely worth the review and they are worth your time give them a call they will help you!!!!”
