Terrible service. Didn't even acknowledge me after I walked in. He only stared at us. After I said hi to him, he told me he doesn't know how long what he's doing will take. Only one other customer inside the store besides my boyfriend and I. Maybe take some multicultural and customer service course to be a better rep. He also referred me to another store because he was too lazy to help me at 4:00 pm on a Sunday

Been there many times and problems were solved. Today needed to activate my new visa credit card. Asked to show how i can scan it.Wound up canceling card. Will never go back.

Easy in and easy out, small franchise, so not a lot of workers at one time, but patience and you'll get good service. It's tucked away in seminole mall.

I came in and needed to get a phone replaced asap. Sean Kramer gave me one of the best customer service I have ever had. He displayed patience and consideration. Walked in and no one literally zero customers. The older guy there couldn’t even look up and acknowledge us. I say hello and he said what can I do for you. Say we want a new phone. He proceeds on his tablet for several minutes. Doesn’t say a word to us the entire time. Then asks if we have existing service. We say yes and he again just ignores us for several minutes. We just walk out of the store and he claims he was just trying to help us. Could not have been less helpful. Will give our money to a business that remotely tries at customer service. This was a lazy old sales guy only worried about his meal and getting off work on an hour. Don’t even bother.

I don't know what is up with Verizon stores in Pinellas County but each and every time I need customer service, Verizon constantly drops the ball. This visit really was the nail in the coffin. I need to switch phones because my current one is approaching her end and I needed to take care of a data switch and activation. I walk in for what I was hoping to be a quick situation and was quickly disappointed. The two workers are with other customers, that's fine, but for 30 minutes there's no acknowledgement. Now I understand being short staffed, however it is not at all difficult to politely excuse yourself and approach awaiting patrons and mention "hey folks, I'm wrapping up with these guys and I'm unsure of how long it will take us, if you guys don't mind waiting that's great otherwise I just wanted to let you know!" It was rude, inconsiderate and infuriating to once again be let down by poor customer service by Verizon. That was precious time wasted and I pity those who are too polite to say something.

Staff not very helpful, always referring to tech support, not worth my time to visit, thinking about Spectrum or other provider.

This store was always busy and the help was good. After covid it remains understaffed and unless you are buying a phone or accessories help is limited as they do not allow the employees to handle issues in the store so you are stuck with the online experience, no real "in-person" help. They will tell you to contact customer support by phone or online.

Purchased a buy one get on free for two iPhones months ago. Have been fighting to actually get the deal we were sold for months. Paid full price for BOTH PHONES. Called enough times to be told what we really purchased was a buy one get one half off. They already took the money for both phones and now crediting the account back $20 a month until It reaches $500. Absolutely ridiculous for long time customers to be treated and basically stolen from.

Bought two iPhone 13 pros in May and bought two screen protectors for $50 each. I did not realize how much they were until checkout as the representative picked them out. but I bought them anyway which is on me. However less than three months later they are both cracked and in order to take advantage of the lifetime warranty the company wants $12 for shipping and handling and I can buy two screen protectors for eight dollars on Amazon with the same quality so Russell cellular is fine.. let me be clear, the representative was fine. however do not buy screen protectors from them it’s a waste of your money.

Very friendly and super knowledgable bunch. Needed a SIM card for a work project and they went the extra mile in helping me make sure that the SIM and service plan I bought would work in the device (not a phone/tablet) I planned to put it in. Store is also in a decent location

Walked in here with a smashed iPhone that I couldn’t even unlock and also couldn’t remember my Apple password to recover all my info for a new phone. Mike completely hooked it up and was extremely patient resetting all my stuff so I wouldn’t lose anything. I walked out with a brand new iPhone 13 fully set up with no info lost in less than an hour. Couldn’t ask for better service, Mike is super nice and helpful! Appreciate it!
