“I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me. Original review: Hours beginning July 1 to Oct 1 changed to be closed on Saturdays. I had an Identogo appointment with them. Could’ve saved a trip if the owner had updated their hours. There were three of us Identogo customers there wondering why the doors were locked.”
