“Pals worked on my 2005 Corvette and replaced the automatic transmission cable. I had scheduled the service to be done the previous week but because AAA towing could not get their act together to tow my car to Pals, I had to reschedule and the staff at Pals was very accommodating. My car was towed in on a Tuesday morning, I waited for the repair and I was out of the shop prior to noon. They did an excellent job and took excellent care of my car. Great staff and repairs done right!”

UPDATE: Back at Shannon’s with a dead Mini Cooper. After extensive troubleshooting, the shop explained that the Main Module (forgot the name) was defective and I needed to go to dealership for this one. They hooked me up with Mike’s Towing who took the car the BMW Gainesville. I’m totally pleased that they stepped way and above what my past experiences have been with other shops just throwing parts at it. Thanks again guys! Gainesville BMW was extremely professional, courteous, and reasonable (the part alone was $4k+, $4,000+). Mike’s Towing was super too!”

Didn't use them for another repair, the price was, literally, twice as high as two other reputable competitors. I would have stayed there if it was a little higher but the amount was thousands higher. I took one star away because I was treated very angrily and told to not come back. I had used them 3 times and never price checked them. This was the first time I had done so and, in my opinion, this was their true colors as I was told to not return. I understand people are human so that is why I only took 1 star away. As asked to, I shall never return.”
“I don’t often write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from these folks makes it a pleasure to do so. I’ve been dealing with a local Ford dealership trying to fix problems I’d been having with the 10 speed transmission in my Expedition. After multiple attempts, the dealership has been unable to repair it properly, and on more than one occasion, they even indicated that it was fixed. After the last failed attempt, I decided to let the experts at the Ocala Aamco take a look. Going in, they were aware that they likely would not be doing the actual repair work because it’s a warranty issue. Nevertheless, they eagerly jumped in with both feet to help ascertain the situation. Between Keith in the front office, Robert the owner, Paul and Robert the tech, they corroborated my concerns with the transmission, and even offered up several potential causes and solutions. They even provided me with a written report to document their findings. Armed with this information, I was able to return to the dealership where they are now working on it again. Many thanks to the gang at the Ocala Aamco.”
