I had scheduled the service to be done the previous week but because AAA towing could not get their act together to tow my car to Pals, I had to reschedule and the staff at Pals was very accommodating. My car was towed in on a Tuesday morning, I waited for the repair and I was out of the shop prior to noon. They did an excellent job and took excellent care of my car. “Brought my truck in and they diagnosed it and fixed it the next day. That alone is worth 5 stars but the atmosphere and people are amazing. All involved were very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Great place.
Didn't use them for another repair, the price was, literally, twice as high as two other reputable competitors. I would have stayed there if it was a little higher but the amount was thousands higher. I took one star away because I was treated very angrily and told to not come back. I had used them 3 times and never price checked them. This was the first time I had done so and, in my opinion, this was their true colors as I was told to not return. I understand people are human so that is why I only took 1 star away. As asked to, I shall never return.”

“I don’t often write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from these folks makes it a pleasure to do so. I’ve been dealing with a local Ford dealership trying to fix problems I’d been having with the 10 speed transmission in my Expedition. After multiple attempts, the dealership has been unable to repair it properly, and on more than one occasion, they even indicated that it was fixed. After the last failed attempt, I decided to let the experts at the Ocala Aamco take a look. Going in, they were aware that they likely would not be doing the actual repair work because it’s a warranty issue. Nevertheless, they eagerly jumped in with both feet to help ascertain the situation. Between Keith in the front office, Robert the owner, Paul and Robert the tech, they corroborated my concerns with the transmission, and even offered up several potential causes and solutions. They even provided me with a written report to document their findings. Armed with this information, I was able to return to the dealership where they are now working on it again. Many thanks to the gang at the Ocala Aamco.”

“I HAVE BEEN USING AUTO TECH2 FOR 3 YEARS SINCE I MOVED TO OCALA . MY NEIGHBOR TOLD ME TO GIVE THEM A TRY.
I WAS IN 4/27/2026. THEY WAS VERY BUSY . THEY SAID THEY WOULD WORK ME IN AND ASK ME TO DROP OFF THE VEHICLE . WHICH I GLADLY DID BECAUSE EVERYONE IS GOING TO WAIT FOR SERVICE .BUT THE SMART WAITERS WAIT AT HOME! . HAD A COOLANT SMELL . THEY QUOTED ME A NEW WATER PUMP AND THERMOSTAT. EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I STILL GOT MY CAR BACK SAME DAY. I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT . I DO NEED MY CAR FOR WORK . BUT I UNDERSTAND AUTO REPAIRS IS NOT LIKE FAST FOOD . I AM GRATEFUL FOR THERE HONESTY AND QUICK SERVICE ... I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN IN OCALA FOR OVER 40YEARS . THANK GOD FOR AUTOTECH 2 AND THERE STAFF.”
