I knew a few things I was interested in since it was a Father’s Day gift for my dad and where I’m from (southern IL - 15 hour drive) we don’t have many pet stores and only one had salt water which they haven’t had for 6 months and a few more to go due to renovations. This place in Daytona Florida helped guide me to what I can get because it’s a surprise so I couldn’t just ask my dad. They were very helpful and explained what each fish/shrimp/cleaner did. I asked if they could survive in our condo overnight because we would be leaving when they were still closed, and they were kind enough to fast the fish in their tanks for a few days so they would feel comfortable still. The owner himself told me he would come in early so we could have the highest chance of them surging and he came in at 7:30am when they open at 11. Packed them up for us and gave us a foam cooler + insulated ice pack so they could be more regulated and explained I need to keep the car a good temperature so they have the best chances of surging this long drive. Great place if I’m ever in Daytona and get my dad more fish it will 100% be from here!

Breakfast burrito and the Irish cream pistachio latte was a perfect start to my day prepping for the beach and a 7 hour drive.
