The next day I went back in to book the appointment. The day of the appointment we walked in and the groomer came out to talk to me about what I wanted done to my dog. The groomer was so nice and listen to every concern I had. I got the call to pick her up. I didn’t even recognize my own dog. She looks brand new. It took an hour and a half for everything. She even got a bandanna. I’m very pleased with how the experience went.

2585 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona BeachI’ve shopped here only a handful of times the last year and every time I tend to notice certain “regular” customers come to this location just to give the workers a hard time, which they DO give excellent customer service and are knowledgeable of not only the products they sell but the animals too. It is short staffed, but that’s on corporate, not them. You notice it when you walk in immediately. If those certain people don’t want to be patient and wait their turn until they can receive the upmost attention from each individual and instead want to repeatedly have such a problem with the short staffing and “bad” customer service, which is not true, they could try going to a different location finally; instead of harassing the staff at this one. Because the tantrums I’ve noticed by full grown adults and 60 year olds is ridiculous and pathetic. Only thing the staff need to do is call the cops more and/or ban people.

115 S Palmetto Ave, Daytona BeachThey are the best! My dog Angel goes once a month to have his nails trimed. The owner is truly a professional and trimmed his nails without any trauma. That is one thing I was concerned about because I did not want Angel to have a traumatic experience. They do walk-ins for nails trims so that's convenient. I would recommend them to my friends.

She truly cares for him and his well being as if he was her own pet. Other vets have really let us down with their inaccurate diagnosis and mistreatment of his condition, for whatever reasons, whereas Dr Kluth was spot on, and she is so patient in explaining everything and answering our questions. The price may be somewhat high here for some, but it’s well worth the price when you have somebody like Dr Kluth looking after your pet! Thank you Dr Kluth for your care of our beloved dog Frankie! ❤️

932 Mason Ave, Daytona BeachDue to COVID you have to wait in your vehicle while staff takes your pet inside but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had just adopted a kitten from the Halifax Human Society (buyer beware) and a few days later this poor kitten was sneezing about 15 times in a row and I know that they need their sleep at this age but he was so sick that he was super lethargic and slept all day and night. I took him to Driftwood Animal Hospital mainly because of the location to my home and they had a same day appointment available. My new pet was extremely sick with a severe upper respiratory infection and an ear infection. The staff told me over the phone that they had been seeing a lot of sick animals from the Halifax Humane Society. The staff was very friendly and professional and the vet prescribed him an antibiotic, ear drops and something to help with his immune system. I’m going to be taking him there from now on and I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg either. The wait wasn’t very long and there was about five other cars with their pets. Everything was explained thoroughly to me about how to give the medicine and after only two days he was playing and getting into everything like a normal kitten. Thank you so much for everything!

The manager Alexia was awesome, she helped in every way she could with our purchase of 2 ferrets. The entire staff was great. Daniel, Kayleigh, Dylan, Caleb, Megan, and Noah were awesome. 757 Greenway Pl, Daytona BeachAlbert and Doreen did an amazing job with my 8 year old Sweet Pea. I honestly wasn’t sure how much she would be able to learn at her age since she had never been trained before, but she absolutely exceeded my expectations.
She came home with a strong foundation in the fundamentals, a better understanding of boundaries, and a whole new level of respect for both her owners and other dogs. The difference in her confidence is amazing, and walking her now is so much easier and actually enjoyable.
What I appreciate most is how much our bond has improved. She trusts me more, listens to me, and feels more secure overall. You can tell Albert and Doreen truly care and know what they’re doing. Sweet Pea adores them. I’m so grateful for the work they put into her and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for training or boarding.
I will trust them to board her in the future.

I had three kavatenders here which were all amazing, Henry was my favorite but it's really hard to pick one when they were all so nice and helpful. Reaph is a close second even though she's a newer worker she seems to know what she's doing. Mateo by far made some of the absolute best drinks I've had. Like I said they where all amazing people and I loved chatting with all of them. Can't wait to come back!!
