“I just want to say thank you to the employees that worked there. They’re very professional. I had a problem with a store in Florida City. That is very very bad. They’re lousy employees there but they took care of me at this place. I’m not gonna say exactly what it was cause I’m not a kind of person that takes advantage of anybody or any store. I’m a very honest person, but I wanted to thank Mike that’s very professional and also I believe her name is Crystal. I will call the company. I just been in the hospital for a couple of weeks. Today was my fourth visit to the AutoZone located at SW 127th Ave and Quail Roost Drive in Southern Miami—and I felt compelled to finally write this review because of one exceptional employee: Robert.
I’ve been to plenty of auto parts stores before, and unfortunately, it’s not uncommon to encounter staff who aren’t very knowledgeable or engaged. But Robert is in a league of his own.
His knowledge of parts is outstanding, and his ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers is rare. He doesn’t just sell you a part—he educates, listens, and genuinely cares that you get the right solution. Today, he said something that really stuck with me: “I treat every customer the way I’d want to be treated.” And it wasn’t just talk—you could feel it in the way he carried himself.
Every visit to this store has been positive, but today stood out so much that I had to speak up. Robert made me feel welcomed, respected, and confident in what I was buying. He’s not just helpful—he’s exceptional.

“I had taken my previous cars to Southern Auto for some minor paint jobs. Recently I had a car back up into my M4 and damage the passenger headlight and crack the bumper.
I am not one to write reviews BUT I need to review Southern Auto. I took the car to Southern Auto and the way Michael treated me was beyond words. He made me feel like family. He is so courteous, polite and professional. Then I met his dad who also works there and the service they provide is awesome.
I went just to talk about what needed to be done and I ended up leaving the car and his dad brought me home. Michael’s wife was the one dealing with the insurance company. She is extremely professional and courteous.
They all work for you and make sure you get what your are entitled to from the insurance company. The insurance company wanted to replace the lights with used lights and twice Michael and his dad rejected the lights because they found damage to the lights and eventually made the insurance company approve a new light.
Michael took every step to make the car look like it was ready for a show. The job was AMAZING. The paint looked awesome.
They love what they do and look out for the customer. Customer is #1 for them and it shows.
