“I came to Mike’s for a second opinion on my 2020 M340i. Went to get set of new tires and an alignment at another shop. They told me that my steering knuckle was out of spec to the point it needed replacement to perform an alignment. Mike’s did an inspection of the suspension and everything looked kosher to them. They did the alignment and showed me the before/after readout. Everything within spec. What could have been a costly, unnecessary repair, was avoided by the good guys at Mike’s. I’ve been going to mikes since 2012. It’s always been a good experience and would recommend to anyone who owns BMW.Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“I visited this location and immediately was greeted by Mario. . I told her i had recently called about complimentary battery test/charging. She told me to bring the batteries which i did. She tested the batteries and advised me that some were either dead(and possibly chargeable or dead and needed replacement). She went ahead and still charged them up.All in all, I am very grateful for Maria's exemplary and legendary customer service skills. She went above and beyond to try to get me out of a pickle. “If you ever need to fix your car please call Billy!He is so kind and understanding to my situation that he even gave me a student discount! I would have expected a high price to fix my car but he quoted me $1,000 to fix my car. When I brought in my car, the bumper was scraped so bad that when I came to picked it up ( a day early I might add) it looked brand new! He even gave me tips on how to maintain my car! Rear seal failed at 2K, rats! Wayne picked the car up in Dallas, shipped to Miami, fixed and returned to me at zero cost. 10k on her since, it’s like butter. Great engine, great service. Trust em!”

“I used to live in the neighborhood & been coming here since 2005. Allways a good experience but last night was superior.I showed up to the store 20 minutes prior to closing time unable to turn off my car because my battery was dead & had gotten a jump at work after a 16 hour shift of hell at a local hospital & needed a replacement for the battery or I would not be able to start the car again in the morning to go back to work.I explained I had no tools & Linda who appeared to be a supervisor was very understanding of my situation & authorized for my battery to be changed despite being 5 minutes or less left to closing time.Linda & Arsenio took care of me & changed my battery after many struggles with the nuts & bolts and poor lighting.I will continue coming back to this location for all my auto parts needs because of the humane treatment I received last night and the good service I have always received.Thank you both Linda & Arsenio for going above & beyond to assist me otherwise I would have been at least 4 - 5 hours late to work since I start at 5:00 am & work is an hour drive from my home.”
