I was a loyal customer of Petsmart, however the service has been terrible. I switched to Petco about a year ago and have been extremely happy. Great prices deals and service. Jason was very helpful when I visited this week. The only thing is that I wished they would take competitive coupon and matched prices.

Love my Petco in Cutler Bay! On my last visit a very helpful gentlemen helped me locate my kitties favorite low dust, low tracking, lightweight kitty litter and got it into my cart too!
