Can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment i arrived until i left, my pet and I were treated with kindness and respect. The girl at the front counter (Yamisel) was an angel! She made sure i was ok and comforted me during a difficult time. I highly recommend this hospital. ♥️

We frequent the location due to our dog's illness, she has to be seen to get mothly shots and monitor her levels for Adisson's desease. They have managed to control her levels and the 16+ old dog is still going strong!

Took our dog in for an emergency on Saturday morning and everyone was very supportive/responsive. Unfortunately, we had to go back the next day since our beloved Blake had passed away. They gave me time to say my last goodbyes and assisted with all the necessary arrangements.

Took my dog here for treatment and saw Dr Williams. She was amazing. Very calm, took my dog right in and made suggestions as to tests which I did. The results came back super fast and they were able to treat her right away. I would definitely bring any of my animals to Thrive and would strongly recommend Dr Williams to everyone.

Although my cats squamous carcinoma was too large to preform surgery on, the specialist were very kind and caring. Offered plenty of options. Even did offer surgery but with the high chance of it returning. And with her lower jaw having ro be fully removed it just wasn't a good option for us. They were very nice. I drove from key largo to visit them.

My boy tore his ligament in his hind leg and had TPLO surgery with Dr. Lin. She was wonderful. The supporting staff was also top notch. If you need a top quality veterinarian, Thrive is your place.

We took our dog in for treatment for an allergic reaction to his immunizations. The situation was fast becoming and emergency. Dr. Williams was wonderful and quick in her treatment and diagnosis. Very thoughtful and excellent at communicating with us on our dog's condition and course of treatment. I would happily recommend!

Over a week ago, I had to make one of the most difficult decisions of my life: putting my baby girl to rest after her health had suddenly declined. The pain was overwhelming, to say the least, but the situation would have been significantly worse if it weren't for the phenomenal staff at Thrive. From immediately admitting my baby upon arrival with zero hesitation, to diagnosing her condition as quickly as possible, and through the unfortunate outcome, Thrive was there for her every step of the way with determination, compassion, and sincerity. Dr. Amber Williams was not just a talented veterinarian but an angel in the way she cared for my baby and consoled me after such a tragic event. She even went as far as to reach out a few days later to ensure I wasn't mentally spiraling after the ordeal. Her words of compassion and knowledge of animal health reassured me that I made the proper decision for the sake of someone I loved so dearly. It brought me comfort knowing my baby's final moments were not just in my arms but within the loving embrace of Dr. Williams and the entire Thrive medical staff. From the bottom of my heart and my pup's soul, I thank all of you at Thrive Pet Healthcare.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion that the team at Thrive showed my beloved Kiara during the last few months of her life. From the moment we walked through their doors, it was clear that she was in the best hands possible.
A special thank you to Dr. Patrick and her incredible team—Ally, Brian, and the entire IM team. The love and dedication they showed Kiara were beyond anything we could have hoped for. Dr. Patrick, in particular, was a pillar of support during Kiara’s palliative care, ensuring she was comfortable and free from suffering. I will forever be grateful for the extraordinary care you provided, Dr. Patrick. Your kindness made all the difference.
Dr. Williams also deserves a special mention. She was there for Kiara from her very first visit and stood by her side, and ours, during her final moments. Her compassion and professionalism brought us comfort during the most difficult time.
The front desk team, Cynthia, Gisele, Angie—always greeted us with warm smiles and were so helpful, making every visit a little easier. Their kindness did not go unnoticed.
To Dr. Lin, Adilyn, Betsy, Priscila, and the surgery team, thank you for the outstanding job you did during Kiara’s biopsy and for the love you showed her during her recovery. The level of care she received was truly remarkable.
I also want to acknowledge Dr. Mansak, Dr. Spola, Simon, Ray, Liah, and everyone else who took care of Kiara during her emergency visits. A special thank you to Simon for making us feel at home, even during such stressful times.
And lastly, a huge thank you to Kiara! At first, we were drawn to her because she shared the same name as our baby, but over time, we grew to love her for the care and affection she showed. It was evident how much our Kiara adored her.
Our baby girl will be forever missed, but we’re so blessed she was taken care of by all of you. Despite the difficult circumstances, I couldn’t have chosen a better team of professionals to care for our sweet Kiara. The transformation of this clinic from SVRC to Thrive has been incredible, setting a new standard that all vet clinics should aspire to. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of Kiara with so much love and dedication.
