Old school service providing gait and stance analysis, provided 5 different options to address the issue... ran the same day and the pain on my foot was gone in my shoes. Dealt with Rafael.”

“got a recumbent bike for my parents from Best Used Gym Equipment. I didn't realize after I purchased it that the standard recumbent bike was too difficult for an elderly person to climb over the center post. three months later I contacted Juan Carlos (the owner) and asked if there was anything he could do. I returned the bike and he found me a really nice one (see picture). Didn't charge me anything. Any sporting good store would have told me to go pound sand.
The service and sales people are supper nice and courteous and the store location is right next to I-95 which makes it easily accessible. I got top quality used equipment at a fraction of the price of a new one with a six month warranty. These guys are the best.”
“What an incredible experience! I went there with my wife looking for running shoes… I was impressed by the great customer service and professionalism. They tested how my wife runs, how she steps and all kind of test to make sure the shoe was the right fit. Over the years, I’ve purchased many pieces, and I’ve noticed a difference between this and the Vitta (Polyamide/Elastane) OEKO-TEX® certified fabric, which is noticeably thinner and just doesn’t offer the same level of support or durability. Because of this, I only purchase the Shape material.
I hope CLS continues to use the higher-quality Shape fabric going forward. “I strongly recommend Tennis Plaza stores. I have been to the South Miami and Doral locations, but Midtown is the closest to where I live. They have a vast selection of rackets, apparel, shoes, balls, and accessories from most major brands—if not all—especially since they doubled the size of the store.
Alejandro is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help me with rackets, strings, tension, etc. I had severe wrist tendinitis, and I got much better thanks to his recommendations regarding string type, tension, and racket-size combinations. He is always willing to help and has an outstanding customer-service attitude.
I get my rackets restrung there and have never had an issue. Their stringing machines are top of the line. I even have my own reel of string that I leave there, so I don't have to carry it around.
I cannot recommend Tennis Plaza enough for all your tennis needs.”

I am worried that my review will not adequately express how positive my experience has been working with him a few times now, how patient and knowledgeable he is, how available he is, how thorough he is, and how helpful he is. I have absolutely no experiencing working on a two-stroke engine, and when I had some mechanical issues with my board, he was able to talk me through multiple attempts at getting the board up and running. He gave solid advice, was very available to support me as I tried to execute what he advised that I do, and patiently hung in there with me until my board was up and running. I took it out a few days ago for the first time in a couple of years, and it was absolutely glorious. What a blast!
