“Everyone at this location is very trustworthy, and they all need to be given a raise. I was very impressed on how they were able to quickly solve the issue with my iPhone by performing a soft reset on the phone, I didn’t even know that was a feature! Thankful for them they do honest work.”

“Jason is EXTREMELY knowledgeable on everything electronic it seems, it’s pretty impressive. He takes the time to share extra info on each part I have needed and also price compares. He has the best selection in appliance parts, so much so that two other electronic and appliance repair part stores referred me to him! I’ve purchased two appliance parts there in the past couple of months and he has exceeded my expectations and had exactly what I needed each time. Don’t be too shocked at the plethora of parts and the narrow pathway to move about, Jason knew exactly where to find the part I needed in the ‘organized chaos’. It appears that they definitely have plenty of inventory, I have no arguments with that! When I saw some reviews about not receiving the best greeting when entering the store but honestly, this isn’t Starbucks… I’d prefer having someone extremely knowledgeable and knowing what the heck they are doing and how to help you properly with the part you need over being bent over not being greeted as I walk in, any day! I HIGHLY recommend this place, Jason is awesome.”
“I had a great experience having my phone screen fixed. They didn't have the one in stock when I called but went to another store to pick it up. From the time that I called to when I walked out the door with a perfectly good screen was less than two hours. Emry has great customer service and I'll take more things back in the future.”
“I took my Google pixel 6 pro that got stuck in the washing machine for a few minutes. I really couldn't be any happier, not only did he take it apart and clean it out but because it was so easy and the phone was ok he didn't even charge me for it. He did it all right there while I sat and waited. It only took about 10 minutes.
It's not possible to recommend this place any more than I am recommending it you'd be making a mistake if you go anywhere else.”
“I needed a washer and dryer set badly. I applied online but needed it a lot sooner. I found the closest store was down the road. I was unsure due to the reviews being mixed. I went anyway, Andre was an absolute pleasure! I explained what I did, and he helped get it to me next day when it wasn't due until the following week. While there my husband decided he wanted a computer or laptop/tablet. Andre was the bomb! He was so kind, courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. He helped this process to be very painless. Andre is awesome and will keep me coming back.”

“Long wait times to get an employee to help in the computer section on multiple occasions but once available very pleasant and helpful echange. Cell phone service station was able to get a new phone for me activated on my plan in about 2.5hrs but was unaware on how to transfer some data.”

“This Verizon store gave the best customer service! we had a billing issue and Chase went above and beyond to get closure. We could not have gotten the results without him. Secondly, we were in again 2 days later to add another line for my father, Miquel who is the asst mgr stayed with us during entire transaction & Mo is very knowledgeable and did everything to make this transaction go smoothly. “This store has its pros and cons but I truly love the quality of their matte prints in the photo department. It is half the price of prints at other nearby stores and the other stores print the photos kind of grainy and warm toned. Walmart for the win.
Plus, the workers try very hard to keep this store location clean.”
