It only took them a little over a week, and it looked as good as new when they were finished. The paint matched perfectly, and you couldn’t tell there was ever any damage. “We recently had some damage to our relatively new truck and got repair estimates from 4 different auto body shops. Our experience with Mike was the best! He said he could do the repairs and make our beautiful truck like new again. He could do it in a timely manner and at a lower cost than the other 3 auto body shops. In fact 2 of the estimates were over twice the quote we received from Mike! We will post again once the repair work is completed but we are expecting nothing but the best outcome!”

Joey and the auto mechanics here have always been the best. I've gone to them many times over the years and always call them first with any car issues - they are the most trustworthy repair shop I know. Not only that, but they are also very kind and quick with the work - and if it can't be done quickly, they are clear with their communication about that.
For example, years ago I had a car with wild issues, always. It didn't have power steering for some reason that I can't remember, but I do remember to fix it was about $1000 and it wasn't the power steering pump (I couldn't afford that so I just drove it without power steering).
One day, my car started making this noise that could only be described as a noise straight from hell; I was sure my car was a goner and also sure everyone next to me in traffic was beyond annoyed. Took it here to Joey, talked to him, and turns out, it was my power steering pump - so they just cut the line for me (something like that) and charged me $50. Didn't even bother asking me if I wanted to replace the pump etc (since that wasn't why my power steering wasn't working) or try to sell me on anything. This really made me trust them more than I already did.
Just today, I had to get my car towed there with unknown problems - ended up being the starter, they had it replaced before they closed:)”

“Great help. Needed new wipers. Sam replaced all 3. I asked for the cheapest. Drove away and they weren't working great so retuned for an upgraded model that hugged the windshield better. He patiently and happily switched them twice to get the perfect ones and it was only $17 more. Parking is always a little tight. Grade A customer service.”

“Integrity, professionalism and super friendly! We could not have asked for a better total experience. From the first phone call through driving out the gate with our new Brinkley Z 3400, it was all great. Cole was our sales person, but he didn't act like a traditional "salesman". He's a guy that you enjoy talking with.
He is clearly very knowledgeable but if he wasn't absolutely sure he'd say so and find out. There was no pressure to "make the deal", Cole helped us find what we were looking for and helped customize our new home away from home. We live in Alabama so we weren't sure about the sales tax situation. Steve took great care going through all of the financing and paperwork to be sure we understood everything. Chris was very thorough during our final walk through. He made sure we understood how everything worked. I'd never hooked up to a 5th wheel trailer so Adam took the time to teach and assist in the process. John (that's John with an H) and the rest of the guys in the parts department were all friendly and helpful. Scott made sure we knew he and the service team were available when we needed them. Last but not least is Tina. She always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. I can hear her smile when we talk on the phone! Long review but we are so glad we chose RV Connections in Panama City”

At first I thought the price for front brake pads was to high. Almost double compared to the ones I got at Advance Auto. They were the only Parts Store in town (PCB) that had the brake pads on a Sunday. So I purchased them. O’Reillys was only carrying top tier brake pad. I can’t fault them for that. I wish they had more options, but it is what it is. I should’ve changed the brake before I left for vacation. I was in a rush to get going. Very impressed with this store. I called ahead of time and Charles said that the brakes will be here for me when I get there. While checking out, the service was great. I was able to pull around to the side of the building and change the brake pads right there in the parking lot. It took me 30 minutes and I was back to my Airbnb. My family was relieved and our vehicle is back in working order. Thank you Connor and Charles.”
