Thought I was going to a business which might be able to answer questions and make appointment for work I need done. Waited 15 minutes and no one came to speak with us. We saw only one person as we drove up and he disappeared before we got out of our vehicle. Strange way to do business. Couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. Are you all closed on Fridays with your gate open, bay doors open and office doors unlocked?”
“If I could give Eddie 10 stars I would. He is an absolute artist. His attention to detail is amazing. My front hood on my car was crushed along with some dents to bumper and partially bent metal front frame. He fixed the problem and was very reasonable with his price. Don’t expect to get your car fixed fast, but I really didn’t care because he is doing it right. Bay county is fortunate to have such a great business. Thank you!!! Eddie”
“Excellent service from Jeff Guyton. We had low tire pressure sign that would not go away on Mazda CX -50 and fubkeys low battery. Jeff did everything promptly put air in our tires, replaced batteries and did not charge us anything. He made our day!”
“We recently had some damage to our relatively new truck and got repair estimates from 4 different auto body shops. Our experience with Mike was the best! He said he could do the repairs and make our beautiful truck like new again. He could do it in a timely manner and at a lower cost than the other 3 auto body shops. In fact 2 of the estimates were over twice the quote we received from Mike! We will post again once the repair work is completed but we are expecting nothing but the best outcome!”
“Friend told me that this is the place to get your starter check. Drove from out of town to have my golf cart starter checked out. Gentlemen & staff was very friendly and offered to take a look at it and within 2 hrs it was repaired. Not as expensive as I figured it would cost. “I am thoroughly thrilled with how great my car looks after they fixed it. A deer ran into my van putting a huge dent in my passenger side door and cracking the window. It only took them a little over a week, and it looked as good as new when they were finished. The paint matched perfectly, and you couldn’t tell there was ever any damage. “We had to have our oil changed and 20,000 mile maintenance performed on our 2024 Volkswagen Atlas at Panama City Volkswagen. Upon arrival we were informed that the time to perform all maintenance may take 2 to 3 hours. However, after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes, Matt Informed us that the work had been completed and we were ready to go. He worked diligently to get us in and out as quickly as possible. I greatly appreciate his ability to work with us to help alleviate a longer wait time than was expected upon arrival. I highly recommend Matt In the maintenance department at Panama City Volkswagen. “There are very few shops like this left. Bill Brannon came very highly recommended and I can see why. He did my front and rear brakes, pads and rotors, on my 2017 Volvo S90. Incredible work. He also found a coolant leak and replaced two specialized hoses for a small fraction of what the dealer would have. Just an all around great guy and a great experience. It just doesn't get any better.”

“We got some sliding glass doors from these folks and had them install them. They had a good price for some really nice doors and once they arrived they installed them quickly. “Integrity, professionalism and super friendly! We could not have asked for a better total experience. From the first phone call through driving out the gate with our new Brinkley Z 3400, it was all great. Cole was our sales person, but he didn't act like a traditional "salesman". He's a guy that you enjoy talking with.
He is clearly very knowledgeable but if he wasn't absolutely sure he'd say so and find out. There was no pressure to "make the deal", Cole helped us find what we were looking for and helped customize our new home away from home. We live in Alabama so we weren't sure about the sales tax situation. Steve took great care going through all of the financing and paperwork to be sure we understood everything. Chris was very thorough during our final walk through. He made sure we understood how everything worked. I'd never hooked up to a 5th wheel trailer so Adam took the time to teach and assist in the process. John (that's John with an H) and the rest of the guys in the parts department were all friendly and helpful. Scott made sure we knew he and the service team were available when we needed them. Last but not least is Tina. She always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. I can hear her smile when we talk on the phone! Long review but we are so glad we chose RV Connections in Panama City”
