“The staff here is amazing! I live in Atlanta and have to use one of the big box banks up there so I try to keep some money at innovations and do my banking through them when possible. Even though it’s long distance it’s still way more convenient because the staff is on point and are extremely personal. They always take the time to sit down and explain any questions I have and make all of my banking experiences so much better than the big banks in Atlanta. If you are looking for a quality credit union and want to avoid the big bank and all of their silly policies then I suggest checking out innovations. The one on Harrison and 11th street is my favorite but they allProvide excellent service.”

“The tellers are so friendly and helpful and there is never a long wait. The staff is always on the lookout for credit card fraud and have called me (yes, a real person) when any "suspicious activity" has been noticed. Thankfully, the "suspicious activity" has only been my own but I know that if there was any fraud, I can rest assured that they would catch it. When I call, I always get to speak with a real person and their customer service is wonderful. Fees are minimal so banking is pretty stress free. Thank you!”
