“The people at Earthwose are sooo nice and helpful. Just tell them your need, and they will walk around the store and show you & explain products to you. They won’t pressure you to buy something. I keep going back for my pets’ food and other needs.”
“We went to purchase a semi aquatic turtle for my stepdaughters son. They were so knowledgeable and informed them about each turtle available and helped them decide on the best one for him. I would definitely recommend.”
“most of all fish and animals in general are health. theres very helpful and amazing staff, it’s is our preferred pet store to go to and we live an hour away yet still prefer this one.”
“My husband and daughter bought a tank and some cute fishies this past weekend and we are all loving it! The owner was so helpful and to the point about everything. You can tell they really care. He was going tank by tank and scrubbing with a tooth brush while he talked to us. Kind of like going to the zoo so many animals! Very cool experience and can’t wait to support the business more!
Only thing, I wish they had a sign out front, even a tarpe sign would be great! Get more foot traffic too I bet!
Thank you!”
“Pet Supermarket in Panama City has become my go-to pet store because I can always count on them. I have a wide variety of animals and they consistently help me find the supplies, food, and advice I need to care for all of them.
The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Sometimes they are busy and you may have to wait a little, but it is never because they are not working hard or doing their job. They are simply helping other customers and making sure everyone gets the support they need.
I also really appreciate that they support the military and local pet charities and rescues. It means a lot to shop somewhere that cares about both the community and the animals in it. I highly recommend this location.”
“I always go here for my cats food because of selection. My older cat needs Science Diet prescription food and this is the only place in town that carries what he needs. The staff are usually friendly, seems to have high turnover rate. The animals there are mostly well taken care of. I did see a deceased Siamese fighting fish recently in a mucky container so there is that.”

“Love the concept of the store and supporting our local animals but a reminder, even if any electronics have a “tested” sticker, you should still test it yourself since there are no returns. Unfortunately my item does not work but hopefully it’s a cheap fix.”

“Good store, nice atmosphere and feel price are a little high, but they have stuff you can't find literally anywhere else in the county. Nice selection and friendly associates.”
