“I had a great experience at this smoke shop thanks to Joey. His customer service was awesome from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. It’s rare to come across someone so helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service Joey provided!”
“I live close by and have been going to Primo for years. They have my usuals at great prices and are very knowledgeable on every level. My wife is an avid wine drinker, and we have gotten several great recommendations on different bottles to try. They have great tastings and get togethers all the time. If you get on their mailing list, you'll know what's happening and when.”
“This smoke shop has been my life saver. They are well knowledge and honest people. Ive been coming here for the past 7 years and have never been lead astray how most smokes do. Unlike most smoke shops that dont know what they sell, this smoke shop does their research to keep their customers safe. They do not sell any illegal substances, I saw a one star review by a rival smoke shop which is definitely disappointing and very low standard to do. The community at this smoke shop is unmatched ! I would never suggest another smoke shop because we are family here. Everytime I walk in the store I am greeted by the staff and customers even and we get caught in awesome conversations and exchanging knowledge. I love Josh and ben if u have a chance go meet them, they are the best people to have in your corner.”

“Great customer service, they always have what I need and what I’m looking for plus more exclusive stuff such as drippy shoe vibes and trading cards for collectors”
“Attentive, Caring, and overall amazing staff who go above and beyond to help you.
If I could give a higher rating to this store I would.
Went into the shop after hitting the dispensary next door and was greeted by warmth and kindness.
I immediately saw the Puffco Peak Pro 3dxl I’ve been eyeing online and they answered all my questions, gave great advice on properly maintaining it to keep its condition, and welcomed me back into the store if anything arises or I had more questions.
With that being said, obviously I walked away with the new peak 🤪😂
And I cant thank them enough for being so thoughtful and thorough with me.
They have a great team and I will be a frequent visitor.
Shop’s like this who run on good values, morals, and train their staff with knowledge deserve recognition. 🎃💞💞”

“This place has everything. The customer service is great! Tyler is nice, honest, and knowledgeable. I was trying something new and he asked me for feedback after, which was great, cause then he can help you with more things that will work for you. And im a very picky person but he helped me find something that works great for me and i love it. This is my new store. Definitely recommend going here. If I could give more stars, I would”

“Great experience visiting this smoke shop. Gigi was courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of high-quality products at very reasonable prices. We greatly appreciated the excellent customer service and will certainly return in the future!!”
“The prices are phenomenal not only that the store is so clean and neat !! Anytime I come there ALEXA is my favorite employee she always educates me on new products and always gets me exactly what I’m looking for I love this store 😊”
“The staff and the environment were very inviting and welcoming. They have a faster of products better than any smoke shop within the area. There’s a lot clumped up here, but I always come here.”

“My experience at Cigar State was exceptional from start to finish. As someone with no prior knowledge of cigars, I truly appreciated how patient, informative, and welcoming the staff was. They provided thoughtful education on different cigar types and helped me curate selections tailored specifically to the individuals I was purchasing for.
The shop’s atmosphere is warm, friendly, and inviting creating an environment that feels both elevated and comfortable. It’s rare to find a retail experience that blends expertise with genuine hospitality so seamlessly.
Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or completely new to cigars like I was, Cigar State offers guidance without pressure and service that makes you want to return.”
“I had a really bad experience at this Cigar lounge , if you buy a Torch Cigar Lighter, & it is damaged from the shipping to this Cigar Lounge & you have a Sales Receipt less than 2 Weeks from date of purchase & wont give you a refund or exchange.
The receipt doesn’t say anything about no refunds.
I mention I knew the other Partner, & he told me the other is a Minority.
This is not the way to keep a good customer.
I bought another lighter there, & Thank Goodness that’s working”

“🌟 A Timeless Gem in the Cigar Community
Armando and Elena have truly outdone themselves. Their cigar bar offers one of the finest selections of premium cigars in the region — a testament to their impeccable taste and dedication to quality. For over 28 years, this establishment has been a cherished staple in the community, welcoming patrons with warmth, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
This isn’t just a cigar bar. It’s a place where passion meets hospitality, where every visit feels like coming home. Armando and Elena have created something truly special — and it shows in every detail.”
“I was so impressed with the videos I've watched from Nick Perdomo that I drove two and a half hours from Cape Coral to visit the lounge and they did not disappoint. Everyone and I mean everyone was very kind and accommodating, we even got a quick tour and enjoyed a couple of great cigars before returning home. I can't wait until I have another opportunity to come back.
Thank you so much Mr Perdomo.”
“Everything about this shop is top tier. From the selection to the service to the clientele sitting around you. I’ve been to several shops and this one is by far my favorite. I live about 15 miles away and I always make the drive.”

“This is one of the best shops in Broward! They have the best assortment. The Staff and owner are really great. Super, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
