“I got an oil change and a coolant flush somewhere else and I started overheating on my way to A1 for a brake estimate. Not only did they give my estimate at a respectable price they took such good care of me and my car and found out I had a simple hose lose! That’s it!!! “I have brought my bmw here about 3 times in the past 2 years and have had wonderful service everytime. First time I was 8.5 months pregnant and my car needed work done that meant I had to leave it. Knowing this Lance the manager arranged for my car to be delivered to my house when it was finished as I had no ride there to get it (fantastic customer service).
Another time I ordered high end wipers, one of the clips went missing and so the wiper wasn't able to be attached. They (Bayside) ordered another new set on their dime just to get the piece needed to attach to my car.
This past week I had to have my AC fixed and then one of my exhaust pipes wasn't opening properly.
Not only did they fit me in first thing in the am but they were willing to work with my husband to troubleshoot the issue. During this they found a hole in one of my lines, repaired it free of charge.
These guys are the ONLY shop I will bring my car to here in Spring Hill. They are honest, reliable, and treat me and my family with respect.
This is not a take 5 shop, they are going to take the time to try and figure out what issue your car has and will call with price options just so you know you're not getting "taken for."

“I had to give this place their flowers. I took my 2011 GMC Terrain to Ben’s Accurate for coolant leak near my radiator plug. Prior to taking it to them I took it to FireStone. The guy at FireStone (Dale) told me that I needed a new radiator and would be $800. Oh and they would have to order the part. So he couldn’t give me an exact day they would be able to install it. Upon having the mechanic at Ben’s Accurate check the problem I only needed a replacement radiator plug ($7.99 from O’ Reilly’s the only place that had it in stock). So with the part new coolant and labor I only spent $97.99. Please before you spend any money anywhere else go to Ben’s Accurate where they are honest and don’t make a living beating people.”

“I have had both of my BMW's serviced at Bill's European. Both of them have left the shop way better than they went in, with some relatively minor issues with the drive shaft bearings, bottom engine shield. That was on the 328i last year, at this time.
I just bought a 2011 335i, that needed a new camshaft actuator and a new module that affected the adaptive headlights, plus the valve timing control, and a new valve cover.
When that car came in, it had about 10 codes in the ecm and was surging at idle. The car now has a lot of power and idles so smoothly, that you can't even tell it is running. Both cars run very well.
They are very knowledgeable on every level and any subject about these cars, that I can inquire about.
He even answered a question and had a resolution about a trim strip missing on the convertible Hardtop.
Great shop to take your European car to if you have a problem!”
