When will my favorite dollar general on county line in spring hill reopen

I shop here weekly I made a purchased using my debit card. I then asked if they could break a $20 bill for me. The response was no couldn't open the register. I asked again to make sure and was told no. Not a very friendly neighborhood store.

Went to dollar general, county line road Spring Hill tonight. Stood at check out for 10 minutes while the cashier was shopping for herself . I think I will pass on this one .
