“This review concerns my online orders only - I do not enter the store due to my family's high-risk medical status. Because I've been ordering online for my groceries and household supplies for several years, I picked up my bi-weekly order. This saves me time, dealing with crowds and saves wear and tear on my aching back. The system has worked for me and keeps me on budget and has eliminated impulse purchases. The online list also lets me keep my favorites for the next time. The associates always place my groceries in my trunk, and I have an insulated bag for freezer/refrigerator items. The only negative is out of stock items, but a notification is sent right before pickup. I'm going to continue with this shopping for the foreseeable future.”

“I love the Spring Hill TJ Maxx! You could find something for everyone on your gift list there. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. A toy fell out of my cart and I let the staff up front know to hold it for me if anyone finds it and several of them started looking for me even though it was busy. Eventually we found another one on a different shelf. It was a great shopping experience!”

“Normally I don't bother with reviews, but in this case I will. While walking through Walmart I stupidly laid my phone down and walked off. After searching everywhere and not finding it I assumed it was gone. Final stop, customer service where I find out that an associate very kindly took it up there when they found it laying in some random location I am sure. In today's word honesty and integrity is sorely lacking.....and today an associate at Walmart renewed a little of my faith in humanity. Thank you.”

“Absolutely amazing staff. I was greeted immediately when I had entered the store by friendly staff, it was so bizarre in this day and age where most retail shopping is a painful and uninspired experience, so I was floored by how experienced and knowledgeable the team was at our local JC Penny store. I was working with Suzette and Yolanda, both were ready and enthusiastic to assist me with finding an entire outfit for a wedding just days away, and I had no idea where to start. Fortunately in under 30 minutes I was fitted, given various choices, consulted in a very professional manner and found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back again, and will be sending people their way.”
