“Went for the first time today, gentleman greeted me at front register very friendly also only one that checked me out as well.
Store however very bright, isles very spread out, seemed empty for such a big store. Was extremely clean. I didn't look at furniture section. Just my thought on my first visit. I wish them much success!”

“Always a hit or miss, you never know what you will find. I mostly go to look for hard to find toys and shoes. Sometimes I cannot believe what I find, and other times its a waste of time. However, if you need something for a birthday, school, housewares, clothes, etc; Ross, is definitely the place to check out. You will save hundreds of dollars for back to school trips, or everyday items. They are usually less than half retail on most all items. Definitely worth going once. This Ross is average compared to all the rest. Could use a little better organization. Staff is usually friendly.”
“Jon was in the back in the video games department and he was a legend. He knew his stuff, helped us get what we needed quickly, was extremely kind, and even compared the price of what we were buying to online deals to save us money. Absolute legend, made my shopping experience fantastic.”

“I love the Spring Hill TJ Maxx! You could find something for everyone on your gift list there. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. A toy fell out of my cart and I let the staff up front know to hold it for me if anyone finds it and several of them started looking for me even though it was busy. Eventually we found another one on a different shelf. It was a great shopping experience!”

“This review concerns my online orders only - I do not enter the store due to my family's high-risk medical status. Because I've been ordering online for my groceries and household supplies for several years, I picked up my bi-weekly order. This saves me time, dealing with crowds and saves wear and tear on my aching back. The system has worked for me and keeps me on budget and has eliminated impulse purchases. The online list also lets me keep my favorites for the next time. The associates always place my groceries in my trunk, and I have an insulated bag for freezer/refrigerator items. The only negative is out of stock items, but a notification is sent right before pickup. I'm going to continue with this shopping for the foreseeable future.”

“Customer service is not dead. When dealing with a situation I had Nicole patiently listened to my predicament. We talked about, she talked to the department manager, we talked some more. She and I then walked over to talked to Kenny he had nothing to do with the problem, but involved himself in resolving the situation. After talking for about it abit more everything was resolved. Nicole had continually asked how she could make it right. She and Kenny were sensational on a scale of 1-5 my overall experience was a 12+ .Thank you Nicole and Kenny”
