Please get it together. Im so tired of being told a different story every time im in there . Train your staff the same and then when the cashier just laughs it off that they have a pissed off customer is insane to me . Ill be going elsewhere. Do better

The store is a little different than the Largo location, but it's still a great place for me to very my cat's supplies. I wish that they had a store closer to Weeki Wachee, but it is what it is.

Went online. They told me to walk in the store to get an appointment. It would be cheaper for my dog to get groomed. Then when I go there, they said they couldn’t do it and they need all this paperwork. Yada yada yada never going back there with my dog.

Manager was unbearable. Came in 05/4/2025 looking for a fish tank, wasn’t on the shelf. Went to get some help from the employee working that section. She was busy with another customer. The manager was just sitting at the register flirting with the cashier. Came over checked on us, no help. Went back to talking then came back over and scolded the employee in a very degrading manner cause she wasn’t working fast enough or whatever. Then went back to talking again, about 15 minutes later he came back over and offered to finally help us. Asked him if there were anymore of the tank I was looking for in the back. He walked to the end of the isles, around the corner for 2 seconds. Turned right back around and lied to my face, didn’t even go look. Just said yeah we don’t have any. Not sure how he even got the job, no greeting, poor attitude, very unprofessional.

Stop screaming into the intercom every five minutes for the last half hour while you were closing. Seriously? Every 5 minutes necessary? You were literally yelling over the intercom that your closing and I could not even give the cashier my phone number. You were so loud. Not professional.

So i go everybweekend for some reason my app had the location changed. The girl i talked to first was so rude and snootie talked down to me. Will he is your petsmart super hero and btw the only reason i still come here....

The pet salon closes whenever they feel like it. They don't work the hours posted online. Also when you call to get information the manager that answers the phone was rude and condescending. I will no longer use them for my animals, big lose to a company like this. I know they could careless about my $400 a month I spend in there. But will at least let my voice be heard because I'm sure I'm not the first or that last that will experience this.looking for a new groomer/pet store any recommendations?
