“It was a fluke that my BMW battery finally died across the street. A helpful man at the gas station recommend Mavis across Mariner in Spring hill fla. Dylan and Dave were super helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanic ( don't know his name) was awesome. I will say that my unexpected trip to this locale was met with urgency and fantastic customer service. They had the battery i needed. Installed it a fairly short time. I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this location. Thank you all for caring and helping one in need. “I'll tell you what, these days it seems I do more negative reviewthan positive. I cant state enough how good with shop is. I had an issue with another shop where i towed my car to for service, but it wasnt the shop i spoke to. The guy threatened to call the sheriff and have it towed. I was 2hrs away working at a job i get up for at 4am 6 days a week. David at consumer car care understood my situation and got my car towed for less than anything I could find. Not only did he help me avoid a costly tow, he gave me a great price with great customer support. This is a genuine good guy running a good shop.
