“We are so pleased with the level of support expertise and care our 14 y/o Cocker Spaniel's recent illness and treatment for a rare form of cancer. Dr. Paul went above and beyond our expectations for her weeks on end! She took the time explaining each test's necessity and results....when training us to help our dog achieve best care. “Low on funds and didn't have money to buy my animals food and I reached out and got quick responses. Went up and picked up the supplies (which I'm grateful for) and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have three dogs and one cat, and the supplies given for dogs wasn't enough to feed them but a week and you cannot get food but every two weeks. I think the rule should change given the amount of animals one has to tend for. I don't do this frequently, this is my first time and I just want my animals to not go hungry... Not trying to take advantage bc I additionally don't want anyone else's animals to go hungry. Past that, overall it was a great experience and my family appreciates the hard work and dedication the staff strive towards in our local community.”

“These are the most caring and kind and considerate group of people that I’ve ever met! My beautiful Nahlita past away very traumatically on New Year’s Eve and the veterinarian tried so hard to save her but just couldn’t. The staff were so supportive and even affected by the whole dramatic situation, that every single person was in tears. They gave us all the time we needed in a special separation room to hold her and love on her as long as we needed to. Then they were so very considerate with our final bill. I can honestly say that we were cared for just as compassionately as our baby Nalahbear was. Thank you so much for being there when no other vet was willing to be there because it was a holiday.”

“Bailey was in excellent hands with Dr. Thompson and her staff. They were so understanding and compassionate towards Bailey's anxiety.. It's comforting to know that such caring professionals are there to help our furry friends. Dr. Thompson developed a treatment plan based on my dog's needs. Their fees were absolutely affordable, and they even give you samples of medications ( if they have any ) to help you with the costs. It is obvious that they love animals and they're there to help them get better....I'll definitely drive 40 minutes to their clinic from now on every time my furry babies need help. They're worth it!”

“On December 19, 2025, my 7 yr old Black Lab got into a bag of dark chocolates. Ate the whole bag! They got him in within the hour and got him to expel all of it. After an IV and meds to stop him from throwing up anymore, we were able to take him home. Friendly, professional and very reasonably priced!”

Kelly listens and cares about your pet. Hunter makes great suggestions to better the life of your pet. They are both very kind and caring people who I’m so lucky to have caring for our pets.”

“I can't recommend this place enough!!!!! The staff are all amazing and when I say that there is not one person I have met that is not kind and attentive to the dogs and their parents I mean it. Also, being able to bring my dogs and not worry about interaction with other pets alleviates my fear of going to vets. My dogs are the sweetest, but put them on a leash and around another dog and things get sticky - they love ever person they meet and if they aren't on a leash interact with other dogs. I love that I don't feel shamed about this here. Also for an example of the top tier service is we travel, I reached out because I messed up and did not bring enough of my dogs meds from their VA doctor, they coordinated with my Vet and got the meds same day. Seriously, where can you find this level of care and motivation anywhere else.”
