“I went in today July 4th to get a battery for my 2013 Camaro. I thought the battery I had purchased at O'Reilly some years ago for the vehicle was probably out of warranty, and expected to have to purchase a new one. The store manager Michael Schultz greeted me as I walked in the store, looked up my purchase of he battery years ago, and said 'no problem we will replace it for free'. FREE. They did not charge me a dime and I walked out with a brand new replacement. What a super pleasant surprise - first they were open on a holiday, then I was attended to by the Store Manger who was very pleasant, and then I was given a replacement at no charge! Highly recommend this store.”
“Great place, they helped us when our AC went out as we were only there for the weekend on a Saturday.
They replaced the compressor that I bought at the Advance auto up the road while we waited at the beach only a block away. Absolutely fair price and greatly appreciated service. Thanks Gary!”

I didn't even know what to do or how to even get the car started. I called for help and Ashley put me in touch with Rodney who was very helpful over the phone. I went in person and he quoted me on a replacement, and we made arrangements to get it done the following week. The service was excellent, quick & efficient.
