“I took my 1964 Pontiac to Rick's Mufflerman Shop because it had developed an exhaust problem which had not been corrected to my satisfaction, even after two previous mechanics' attempts to do so. I described the problem to Dave when I arrived for my appointment. Within minutes, he met me in the waiting area with the problematic parts in hand. He gave me a clear description of how he would fix it. Within two hours, I was on the road, delighted with the result, and totally impressed by the integrity, knowledge, and customer care which I received. The bill was lower than the estimate, because Dave was able to re-use a part instead of replacing it. This was a totally positive experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of exhaust work.”

“My 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition was in the auto show before I took possession of it. So, you know it looked good when I bought it. Now, 140,000 miles and 6 years of being un-garaged, the paint had swirls, it was oxidized and the trim was no longer black. It did not look good. I thought about buying a new truck, but my truck runs great. That is when I decided to take it to 3G’s Auto Detailing. So glad I did! Except for a few battle scars, it looks better than it did when I bought it. I am not exaggerating. Their 3-step paint correction with ceramic coating created an amazing gloss finish. They also detailed the interior and the engine. 3G was great to work with and their price was fair.”

They quoted a price, quickly charged it and we payed exactly what they quoted. Second experience was when I had broken 2 studs off of my wheel while trying to patch a tire. They were patient with me as I asked questions. They actually saved me money when they had every opportunity to upsell and do unnecessary work. They’re honest and good at what they do.”

“Yesterday my pickup developed stalling issues. (I am literaly just down from New York State) I'm sure one can imagine the deep concern for a this transplant to Florida with no other transportation and no knowledge of northern Florida ay all. Phone contact with Grease Monkey was made made through my insurance. A man named Brandon came to assist. He scanned a code P0335 which turned out was a crankshaft position sensor malfunction. (such a small part causing a major travel issue:\) It turns out Brandon was much more than an oil changer. After a struggle with an incorrectly supplied replacement part, he fixed it and I was on my way. Sometimes a man of higher caliber is found at the right time. Grease Monkey is commended for having this man working there. The right place, right man at the right time, with the friendly demeanor goes a long way. Thank you Brandon and Grease Monkey.”
