I didn't have work done but I called them on recommendation to find out if I was being ripped off from another auto repair shop. Stacy was very nice and took the time to explain why my certain repair was so expensive. If I lived in St Augustine, I would definitely have them do the work on my vehicle. Thank you.

I had my coolant system flushed and refilled, as well as my transmission and differential fluids changed in my 2018 GMC Sierra Duramax. I dropped the truck off in the morning and it was finished that afternoon. The staff was friendly and professional. I’ll be back to Melvin’s for all my maintenance needs.
