I didn't feel like they were out to upcharge me and in a very stressful time they made things much easier by having a rental ready and waiting, and Adam my technician is updating me of progress often. Will only go here for any repairs!”
“Took my vehicle there for repairs after being cut-off by an impaired driver on I-295 south ramp from I-95. This was a "preferred" State Farm repair facility so I thought they had to be good. Had originally posted 1 star review because service & communication was non-existent. It was very frustrating but after contacting their corporate office, things got better. My car looks brand new & their general manager was great. I think if they can work on their communication skills they would be a good repair facility. Customers want honesty, status reports and to be heard & understood. Having an accident is stressful enough.Services: Steering & suspension repair”
