  I called to ask question about diesel truck or any trucks available. The person who picked up the phone was so rude. He wouldn't even let me get a word in. I'm sure that the same way their personal service is too. Will never recommend this place to any of my customers. Horrible service!

  Made a reservation through BudgetTruck.com and had a confirmation number for a 12’ truck. Go to pick it up and we are told the confirmation number that was issued by Budget was not valid and that they have no 12’ truck (there were 5 in the parking lot) but they would rent a 16’ for more money.
