“My vehicle had to go in the shop and have quite a few repairs done, I went online and reserved the vehicle that I was looking For along with what time I would be there to pick my vehicle up. When I arrived, the staff was super helpful and very cordial. I had to extend my rental a few times due to my vehicle still being in the shop waiting for parts to come in, I was able to go onto my Enterprise account and extend it that way or call to chat with the staff and send it. When I turned the vehicle back in, Scott was as accommodating as he was when I picked the vehicle up. If you’re looking for a vehicle because of some issue with your car, I would totally 110% recommend Enterprise! I normally drive a jeep, but decided to go with a small little sports car. Had a blast while I was driving it!”

“We’ve purchased several buses over the years, and I can confidently say that our experience with Nations Bus in St. Augustine, Florida was by far the best we’ve ever had.
From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Timing of delivery, decals, inspections, answering endless questions, and making sure the buses were truly road-ready, no effort was spared. The vehicles arrived in fantastic condition and were clearly prepped with care, pride, and attention to detail.
A huge shout-out to Gabe, who was our main point of contact and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He was responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. You could tell he cared just as much about the outcome as we did, and that makes all the difference.
Chip was also incredible to work with, consistently helpful, professional, and always willing to jump in and support when needed. And we also wanted to thank Tracy for all her help with coordinating and perfecting the decals!
If you’re even thinking about purchasing a bus, do yourself a favor and go out of your way to work with Nations Bus. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to buy from them again.

“For what it’s worth, I’ve had great experience with this location. Yes, you sometime have to call the agent, but I’m aware of that and plan for it and have never waited more than 10-15 minutes.
They also have limited hours, I’m aware of that.
Cars have been clean and newer than large airport locations.
I’m super glad this location exists.”
“First time renting from this location and pleasantly surprised. A nice little spot for car rentals right off SR16. I was able to reserve a day rental at about last minutes notice for a decent price. Very nice 2024 model SUV vehicle provided and very clean / well maintained.
I went through Priceline which provided insurance for the rental but this place also offers their own insurance (which I did not know). Checked in online beforehand and actual check-in was super-fast! Returning the vehicle was just as easy. Very happy.

“I pre booked Budget for a rental car since I was heading down from another state in an emergency as my mother fell terminally ill. I booked through a third party via my credit card. Mr. Stetson worked diligently in helping me as the booking through third party did not go through without my knowledge. He immediately set me up with a vehicle in a timely matter and I was able to receive a refund from third party. Very kind and patient as my mind was all over the place, I recommend seeing Stetson and when I return I will continue to use his services again.”

I worked with Rob in service and he was friendly and helpful, and did not try to pressure me into any additional services, which I appreciated. I was in and out in an hour and waited in the amazing service waiting area, which was very comfortable. I’ll be sure to go back for service as needed.”
