They are very thorough in their explanations (especially Kelley up front) of what is to be done and a thorough inspection and an appropriate estimate of how long for repairs was given by Adam. I didn't feel like they were out to upcharge me and in a very stressful time they made things much easier by having a rental ready and waiting, and Adam my technician is updating me of progress often.
