“Excellent service! My husband rented a car for 2 weeks and they gave him a discount. The car was in good shape and we did not have any mechanical problems. I love they had a duck ? with ??? in a nest , close to the main entrance. It shows they care about animals. The staff was nice and helpful.”
“if you rent a vehicle that has a "half tank of gas" and return with a "half tank of gas" be sure to check your invoice, I was charged for 2.5 gallons after being told the fuel was good by the check in agent. It was corrected after a 20 minute phone call to corporate.
The rental pickups used to have nice upgrade options but now are base level fleet trucks with bare minimum options and no rear a/c.
But, they are really the only game in town.”
“I live locally and rented a car for a one way to Jax airport. Devin could not have been nicer or more thoughtful. I accidentally booked the wrong date but he got me taken care of, helped me get my baby settled in the car, and reminded me to just get some gas that day so I wouldn’t have to mess with it at the airport. “First time renting from this location and pleasantly surprised. A nice little spot for car rentals right off SR16. I was able to reserve a day rental at about last minutes notice for a decent price. Very nice 2024 model SUV vehicle provided and very clean / well maintained.
I went through Priceline which provided insurance for the rental but this place also offers their own insurance (which I did not know). Checked in online beforehand and actual check-in was super-fast! Returning the vehicle was just as easy. Very happy.

You do not know me but I am a Budget rental customer who had the good fortune to meet your son Jimmy this morning
My rental vehicle failed me when it suddenly disconnected from car play and refused to recognise my iPhone. This left me without gps. Jimmy attempted to reset it but when he was unable to do so, he proposed a vehicle exchange.
This is the SIXTH vehicle I have had since taking the rental at Nashville Airport and I have been dogged with problems that I am trying to address with Customer Service. So far they have been a great disappointment to me.
But I am writing to you to congratulate you on raising a fine son in Jimmy who was respectful, helpful and polite with me from the start. He did everything he could to help me and understand my problem and disappointment without any drama.
He is a great credit to you sir and you should be very proud of him. He has helped restore my faith in human nature. I'm sure it was not an act on his part: Jimmy cane across a fine, balanced, mature person who is good at his job and respectful of others. These are rare qualities today.

“I pre booked Budget for a rental car since I was heading down from another state in an emergency as my mother fell terminally ill. I booked through a third party via my credit card. Mr. Stetson worked diligently in helping me as the booking through third party did not go through without my knowledge. He immediately set me up with a vehicle in a timely matter and I was able to receive a refund from third party. Very kind and patient as my mind was all over the place, I recommend seeing Stetson and when I return I will continue to use his services again.”
