“Went to the store just to window shop. Saw some items and needed different sizes. Fortunately Brelyn was a major help for us. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.”

Her determination to insure we left happy with our purchases resulted from her professional eye and honesty. She acted very much as a personal shopper in choosing jeans, sweaters, flannels and shirts. She had no problem telling us something looked good or not which was greatly appreciated. Anna was more interested in our satisfaction than simply pushing merchandise. We will return!”

“Went in to find some nice clothes for work. Was looking for lightweight material like polyester because it’s Florida. The clothes are great but the selection of polyester blend was not great. Two associates helped me look at different items. They were very friendly. Store was clean. I didn’t buy anything due to the everything being cotton but will continue checking in from time to time. Prices seem fine.”

“Literally my best experience with old Navy. The dressing room lady was so freaking nice and helpful. They all greeted me. Such a good experience and around the holidays people are always so grouchy. That was not the case here. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. Also I got a pair of jeans for $5.47. Which made spending a lot of money feel more validated ?? best store at the outlets by far!”
