“Went to the store just to window shop. Saw some items and needed different sizes. Fortunately Brelyn was a major help for us. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.”

“The ambience, the service, the food and drinks were all outstanding! As it was Valentine's Day, there were several couples of two sitting at tables for two throughout and was very intimate and quiet. The table of six or eight that were there when we arrived to our table were much too loud for Valentine's Day during an intimate romantic dinner with your special someone. (luckily that loud group left after 20 mins. of us arriving) I will go back to this restaurant every time I visit St Augustine!! Their shrimp cocktail which we shared, the sea crab soup and the golden & red beet salad were all amazing as well as fresh grilled fish of the day!!!”

“Our salesperson, Anna, had an amazing capability of simply looking at us and determining what might look good as well as the correct waist and length for jeans. Her determination to insure we left happy with our purchases resulted from her professional eye and honesty. She acted very much as a personal shopper in choosing jeans, sweaters, flannels and shirts. She had no problem telling us something looked good or not which was greatly appreciated. Anna was more interested in our satisfaction than simply pushing merchandise. We will return!”

“Went in to find some nice clothes for work. Was looking for lightweight material like polyester because it’s Florida. The clothes are great but the selection of polyester blend was not great. Two associates helped me look at different items. They were very friendly. Store was clean. I didn’t buy anything due to the everything being cotton but will continue checking in from time to time. Prices seem fine.”
“This Outlet has a nice selection, but limited inventory. I was there during their 4th of July Sale. They had one of the best sales in the outlet mall, 50% off everything! Including the first item! Sales associates were friendly. Handicap parking and access.”
