Great customer service, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment.I also like they have the ability to print you a new debit card on site. Much better than waiting two weeks for a new one!

We have been members of the Credit Union here for years. The folks at the Saint Augustine location have always been helpful. For our business and personal accounts we have been well satisfied. It’s almost 30 miles each way for a visit and it’s been well worth it for the level of service we always receive.

I opened my account maybe 8 years ago and have been IN the bank a handful of times. The same people who were there 8 years ago are STILL there and STILL know my name which is unheard of nowadays. I also got THE best service yesterday when I accidentally put my deposit in the night drop box. Normally it takes until the next day to get that processed but Sabrina was sooooo on top of it and had that whole situation handled in a matter of 30 minutes which saved the whole week for me! I really can’t think of another bank in this town that still has that small town friendliness, without massive lines, employees that are ALWAYS smiling, without attitudes at being asked for help, employees that will joke around with you, that won’t make you feel like a number and all around want to make you bring in cookies for them. I’ve left other banks because I hated the way they ran their businesses but this one? My local branch super close to my home? Never leaving. They are stuck with me forEVER.

2/13/2024My experience at Community First Credit Union, Saint Augustine N Ponce De Leon Blvd Saint Augustine, Florida 32084, Branch office, with Elise Little Field, was exceptional!!It is unusual to have a banker who takes such a personal interest in meeting a customers' needs. My experience with transitioning has been great. All Thanks to Mrs Elise Little Field. Everyone at the bank has been extremely accommodating.However, she went above and beyond to assist me and make sure my needs were 100%+ taken care of. She made me feel that my business matters. That honesty, values, and customer service still matter in this crazy world, we live in today. I like that the bank still feels like a small town bank even though we are in quite a large community.She has made me trust my bank again, which was lost with my former bank I'm coming from. Changing my Banking to Comunity First Credit Union has been one of the BEST decisions yet, I've made this year!ALL THANKS to Mrs Elise Littlefield, that went above and way beyond her job duties of a solutions Representative, by far she is an exceptional woman, Comunity First Credit Union is very blessed to have such an amazing employee.My words THANKING her for ALL her time, honesty, patience, guidance, & help in finding a solution, and eliminating my stress and worries with what I have been dealing with daily at least. I opened my checking and savings account 2 months ago! They are all so friendly, prompt, and helpful everytime I go into the actual branch! The online banking app is user friendly. Bravo!
