Great customer service at this location. There was a young lady working upfront not sure if she was mixed or Spanish but she delivered the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time !!! She was very polite and helpful. Even took the time to go in the back to find an item that I was looking for just to make sure she took care of a customer and their needs… I truly wish we had more customer service like this and other retail businesses… My hats off to five and below for hiring this young lady I would Highly recommend her to any business just based on her customer service skills

Five below in general is just not great. It’s really Five and more because nothing is under $5 anymore. It’s cheaper to just hit Walmart.

My chihuahua has diarrhea spells and Five Below has heavy duty poop bags and affordable 💕. You have to catch Pet store sales for poop bags where as Five Below it's $5 all the time.
Ready to check out and the employee tried to ring my items up herself, it's suppose to be self-check out so I wouldn't let her by continuing to hold the items, scanning, and then handing the item to her to bag up.
I'm a full grown adult, not an ignorant child, I know how to work a register without being babysitted. Every Five Below location is ridiculous with their registers and we the customers hate it.

Horrible customer service. The two women at the register on Saturday were rude and not helpful at all. Not everyone is meant to work customer service jobs.

This store was well organized and clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and the staff were kind and helpful. But I am writing this review because Kathleen went above and beyond to help me find everything I was looking for and even recommend things I may like. I never felt that good spending money. Thanks again Kathleen

I d recommend this store I had a gift card from Christmas and it went quick becuz everything was $5 and above or below but I would go back good for young teens and kids to get stuff at reasonable price!
