About Five Below
Five Below provides great customer service, with polite and helpful staff who greet customers and go above and beyond to find items. The store is well organized and clean. It is recommended for young teens and kids, offering everything for five dollars and above or below at a reasonable and affordable price. This includes useful items like heavy duty poop bags for pets. Some customers note that the checkout process can be frustrating, with employees sometimes trying to assist at the self-checkout registers when customers prefer to do it themselves. Overall, it is a store where people feel good spending their money.
